All creative decisions and final content remained under the author’s direct control and imagination.
4. Why does Gunther have two different colored eyes?
Gunther’s heterochromia (one blue eye, one brown) was a deliberate choice, not an accident of the story. Under official Rottweiler breed standards, eyes of two different colors are considered a fault that would disqualify a dog from being shown or bred. Gunther enters the world already failing to meet the standard of what a Rottweiler is “supposed” to be — and that difference becomes the engine of his whole journey. The book asks what happens when rules and traditions meant to protect strength instead become barriers to the courage and loyalty they were meant to preserve.

Current efforts focus on classification, emotion/context detection, and identifying basic sound patterns using AI often adapting tools originally developed for human speech.
